1. Booking Terms

All bookings made through Jess Moore Nail Design are subject to these terms and conditions. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Bookings are automatically confirmed once made. However, I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't comply with my policies or if I'm unable to accommodate the appointment.

A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment. This fee secures your appointment slot and is non-refundable.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment via bank transfer.

The booking fee paid at the time of booking will be deducted from your final service cost.

Please ensure payment is made promptly following your appointment. Details for bank transfer will be provided.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows impact my business and prevent other clients from booking.

4. Service Guarantee

I stand behind the quality of my work. If you experience any issues with your nails, I will fix them free of charge within 4 days of your appointment.

This guarantee covers workmanship issues only and does not include damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Please contact me immediately if you notice any problems so we can arrange a fix appointment.

5. Consultation Requirements

Some nail services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment.

This helps me understand your needs, any allergies, and ensures I can provide the best service possible.

Failure to complete required consultation forms may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

6. Home Salon Guidelines

Appointments take place at my home salon in a professional, dedicated space.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Early arrivals may need to wait outside until your scheduled time.

For the comfort and safety of all clients, please attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. Health and Safety

Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns that may affect your nail service.

If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.

I maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with industry standards.

8. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.

I only collect information necessary for providing nail services and managing appointments.

Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. General Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Current terms will always be available during the booking process.
